Grounding Sessions are a personalized, Spirit-led session designed to support you exactly where you are.
Available in single sessions, 5-pack or 10-pack (11th session gifted). Sessions are 50 minutes each in length.
Together, we'll create a safe and welcoming space to share, receive, and explore what is asking for your attention—whether that is healing, clarity, a life transition, or a deeper connection to your inner wisdom.
This is a quiet place to practice, to be witnessed, and to allow old defenses to soften so that guidance can gently rise. My role is not to lead you somewhere new, but to walk beside you as you remember the truth of who you are and find your way home to yourself.
There’s no agenda, or pressure to arrive anywhere. Nothing to fix. It’s a calm space to join together, for you to express and feel heard and held. I love holding & expanding space for women. If you're ready, even just a little, the door is open.
