what is radiance?
It’s a frequency; it’s a glowing, a knowing.
My intention for you, a woman of RADIANCE, is for you to feel sovereign and supported, and to reach a higher place during our time together.
There’s a presence, a power, a certainty, a mystery to a woman who reaches into her higher place.
There’s a RADIANCE about her.
A frequency.
An expansion.
She is grounded, at ease, clear, confident. She is soft and strong in the same moment. Her presence can take away your breath.
She is already right there, within you. You can feel her.
As a Guide, I seek to open the door so you can walk through, and draw the path for your own exploration and experience.
Let’s take that step together – inward and outward.
You will invite her to step in more fully.
My hope is that you come with an open heart, have few expectations of yourself, and in doing so, we make lots of space for magic to unfold.

RADIANCE is a 6-week group mentorship program online for women. We come together twice per week on zoom, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am ET for 30 minutes where I lead a live talk/transmission, and you receive an audio recorded Sacred Practice each Friday to listen and relax to.
If you can’t attend everything live, of course I record and make available all content.
There is a 50-page workbook for you to follow along and journal your experience of RADIANCE. This is new this year; I enjoyed creating it so much for you!
The group stays connected via an optional Whats’App chat. You are welcome to participate as much/as little as you wish. Our 2022 RADIANCE women would agree this was one of the most delicious parts of the experience. Our 2022 group continues to connect on this chat today, just because we all wanted to stay connected together. It is heart and soul warming. I like to drop in bits of content when messages come through me and to me throughout the week and I do it in the chat. It keeps us connected outside of the zooms.
There are 6 themes and we explore 1 per week, sequentially. I intentionally weave the 6 themes in a specific way, and we progress and layer on each week.
Together we will explore and incorporate the many modalities which I practice and guide, including: essential oils, moon phases, meditation, breathwork, yoga principals, mindset, nervous system work, journaling.
My intention is that you finish RADIANCE and feel nourished and your heart feels fed. You will have had the opportunity to inquire, be still, to go inward to see things in a different way, to soften the edges, to observe yourself, open to new ways of leading yourself, and of course to take time to tend to and care for yourself. My hope is that you will finish the program feeling expanded, opened up, in ways that are meaningful to you.

Of womanhood. Of Motherhood. Of business ownership. Of teacher of yoga + meditation. Of seeker. You receive the teachings I have embodied, and the best of what I’m learning.

Live Gatherings:
Mondays and Wednesdays each week, 10:00-10:30am ET via Zoom
Sacred Practice:
Fridays, delivered as pre-recorded audio meditations, 1 each Friday. Practice and enjoy at your leisure. Time length varies.
All material is recorded for you, and available to you for one year from our end date.
Optimally you join us live for the gatherings, or you can of course watch the recordings as we go.
Private WhatsApp Group keeps us connected and in conversation and I drop in little pops of inspiration throughout the week.
There are two (2) scholarship spots are available. Priority is given to BIPOC women.

If you are new to online programs, welcome! I loved guiding RADIANCE so much last year that I’m bringing it back to you.
This entire program is online. We gather live twice weekly for 30 minutes, and it still amazes me the connection we can forge on zooms. We also have a private online chat to stay connected between live zooms.
Watching the live transmissions is ideal. For six weeks we meet at 10-10:30am Monday/Wednesdays. That said, if you can only watch the recordings that is OK. I just recommend that you follow along with us and watch soon after to stay in the flow with the group and in our group chat.
What's different about RADIANCE is it's not a static, evergreen "online course" to buy now and watch later. It's a live group experience in real-time, and you will want to be part of the magic that unfolds as we go along.
