It’s been a very low-fi summer, but I got out my phone and recorded a very short video showing you my new two-minute routine taking my foundational wellness supplements. 

I’ve been keeping it simple this summer, and this ritual aligns perfectly with that.

There’s something about the intentionality of it, stacking it together, and anchoring it with simple peppermint oil breath work.

Why do I love it?

It’s an enjoyable mid-day pause,

It sets a foundation of wellness everyday,

It feels like a few moments where science meets spirit,

I look forward to it, and

I take good care of myself in two minutes.
