make wellbeing easeful

create a powerful ritual to enjoy

This wellbeing supplementation 4-part mini-series is something I’ve LOVED creating for you.

When you map it out, and make it easy, you create a powerful ritual to enjoy — marked wellbeing moments in your day.

Here is some bonus insight into how we set it up in our home, my daily ritual, and my tip on where to start.

All four parts of the series are now recapped here in my Notebook:

VITALITY—Daily Vitamins, Minerals, Greens — here

  1. BODY LOVE—Marine Collagen — here

  2. HYDRATION — Electrolytes — here

  3. COGNITION & MICROBIOME—Fish Oil & Pro/Prebiotic — here

  4. BONUS! Extra goodness I love and the flow in our home— below

Linked Shopping Carts 🛒 are in the recaps, and below.

Where to begin?

Most simply, choose one area and start. Which area above feels like it needs some TLC from you — choose that, and just start. For me it was #4.

Flow—Kitchen

PRO TIP put your supplements where you will see them, when you want to take them.

Rather than a bunch of bottles, boxes of sachets shoved in a cupboard, put them out on your kitchen counter, in a way that feels good to you, where you will see them to queue “take my supplements.” And also, easy to grab to pop what you need in your bag if you’re heading out for the day.

I artfully display my VMG+ (daily greens, vitamins & minerals), Collagen Advantage, and Electrolytes in the kitchen because they need water, and as a queue for my kids and I.

PB Assist sachet (girls) — placed here in my kitchen so I see them and grab in the evening when I’m setting up brekkie for the girls. I put one at each of their spots at night.

Collagen — I break my fast each day with my Collagen (early morning or late morning), so being out on my counter reminds me to grab it, open it, pour into a cup and fill with water.

VMG+ — I take these mid-afternoon for an afternoon pick-me-up. Seeing them on the counter when I’m peck-ish when the girls get home reminds me to take them.

Electrolytes — I rotate between doTERRA & LMNT, and I usually take these at night before bed. The magnesium is nice for before sleep and I like ‘a little something yum’ before bed. Or I like after a workout (now that I’m getting back to this after surgery).

3 others in our Kitchen:

  1. Vitamin D (in the fridge) — we all take this in liquid form (I super-dose myself) in AM.

  2. Adaptogens (mushrooms) — in my coffee cupboard, I love Rainbo Mushrooms 11:11in my coffee, a generous few squirts.

  3. Vegan Protein from Greenhouse or Multi-Collagen Protein from Ancient Nutrition. I scoop these into every smoothie I make for myself and my girls.

Flow—Bathroom

Location, location, location! Put them where you will see them when you need to take them. Make it easy and pretty. These cases are on my bathroom counter. I re-fill on Sundays so I can just pop them in my mouth after I brush my teeth AM, and PM.

If it’s not easy, it’s easier not to do it.

MORNING— PINK case — 2 EO Mega+ Softgels for omega/fish oil cognitive support, and 1 PB Restore probiotic.

EVENING— BLUE case — 4 Magnesium Glycinate (I like NFH brand) capsules. Most weeks I add in here a Frankincense softgel for all-systems-support. They’re new and I need to re-order myself.

My Routine

AM — Bathroom Sink after I brush my teeth (capsules in pink case)
PB Restore (pro/pre biotic, gut & microbiome)
EOMEGA+ (omega fish oils for cognitive support, brain +++ more)

AM — Kitchen
PB Assist Sachets (girls) at brekkie
Vitamin D drops during brekkie

Mid Morning — Kitchen

Collagen Sachet (MetaPWR Advantage), yum.

Mid Afternoon (when girls get home) — Kitchen
VMG+ Vitamins, Minerals & Greens, all in one
* some like to mix Collagen & VMG+ for ease and one step
* pro tip use one of those little mini battery-operated mixers so it’s lump-free

Evening — Kitchen & Bathroom (capsules in blue case)
Pour Electrolyte in a big mason jar, fill with water. Enjoy as I close out kitchen and go upstairs to bed.
Take Magnesium Glycinate & Frankincense Softgel after brushing teeth with Electrolyte water :)

Always, take what resonates from me and leave the rest. This is always suggestive, not prescriptive. Our bodies are our own unique holy homes, and we get to build and fortify our own foundation so we feel vital and present.

Pick one foundational upgrade.

Start with one.

Build from there. This layered routine of mine is a decade in the making.

If you have questions, need ordering support, are wondering where it’s best to start, or have nuanced questions, I’m right here. I love being helpful and I LOVE hearing back from you.
