holiday gift edit

gift-giving is my love language

This was so much fun to put together for you!!

I had to go back and remove quite a few exclamation marks from my first draft—that’s how excited I was to share these with you 🙂

Gift-giving is my love language. Below you’ll find some of my favourite things; pieces created by women I love, brands I believe in, and treasures you can discover at Pop-Up House in Toronto.

And because holiday joy includes treating ourselves too, I just got myself this (hand-picked by my daughter). The drape is perfection. I am pairing it with the micro chunky two-tone huggie earring set below.

enJOY ❤️

dōTERRA

I’m gifting roll-on sticks this year. Easy, cute, giftable, they work wonders. The girls love gifting their teachers dōTERRA each year, and the sticks are the perfect wellness tool.

Here’s my Canada cart, and here’s my USA cart. And, of course, Holiday Peaceblend diffusing forever. A simple must!

Counter

Counter (formerly BeautyCounter) has been part of my beauty ritual for years. Gregg Renfrew, the founder, recently bought her brand back after a private equity bankruptcy—an incredible and courageous move.

I bumped into Gregg in line for a coffee in LA this fall, just after becoming a brand ambassador. The timing felt kismet. We ended up having a heartfelt conversation. Her vision is powerful, and she’s truly creating leading-edge clean beauty. Listen to her on this pod.

Shop my Counter holiday cart, including my lip jelly colours (lots of lip jelly’s for my girls too because—clean beauty), and retinatural super-serum.

Now: 25% off and great gift with $200 purchase.

B, Halfmoon

The only mat I’ve practiced on for the past decade. Andrea, the founder, walked into our yoga studio ten years ago and introduced me to her new material and I’ve never used anything else since.

Shop my favourite mat (long) in Cacao and this linen cushion for your practice. This for your kids. If you’re in Toronto, shop B, Halfmoon in Pop-Up House!

Jenny Bird

Jenny is one of my closest friends—as kind as she is talented—and I lovewearing and gifting her designs during the holidays. This is the gift set I got for myself this year. I’m stacking silver in my second hole beside the gold in the first for a two-tone look. The mini jewelry travel pouch included is reason enough to buy it.

Other faves:  these bangles (all 3 sizes, mix the tones), and I live for this pouch.

Astrological Reading

Give an extraordinary gift of an astrological reading by Nina Taylor. Nina’s readings are life-changing. I promise.

Shop this Gift Card for Cosmic Alignment session: an introductory reading that feels like a doorway into deeper self-understanding. Clear, directive, insightful and always fun. If you want to gift magic, Nina is it.

Hold Nothing

Quite possibly the most beautiful bookI’ve ever read. I’m halfway through and intentionally savouring it, reading it slowly. Written by Elena Brower, it contains reflections from her life, paired with prompts for your own.

I’m gifting this to several cherished people this year.

Curato

Sculptural, artful, elegant gifts for the home — perfect for hostesses or anyone who loves beautiful objects. Their material palette is stunning: resin, onyx, marble, stone, seagrass, ceramic, linen.

I have my eye on: this tray, these serving dishes, these baskets, this catch-all. I could keep going but I will stop myself here.  Also fun sweaters, socks, cherry hair-clips and more. Shop online or find Curato at Pop-Up House in Toronto.

Rainbo

Functional mushrooms + coffee = a morning ritual upgrade. Perfect stocking stuffers. My favourites: 11:11 tincture, Forest Juice and the Kinto Tumbler. This is a cute gift, too. Use code: CHRISTINE94372 for 15% off.

Have so much fun exploring my gift edit.

Let me know what you choose, and what you are gifting this season. I love hearing what is bringing you JOY!

(there’s that exclamation point again)

Much love,
Christine
